Description
The GRP Synthesizer A2 is a hand-built Italian mono synth that packs big-league analogue tone into a compact chassis with wooden panels. It features two VCOs, including a SuperSaw/SuperTriangle mode, running through a 12 dB multimode state-variable filter with stereo options and gritty overdrive. Modulation is extensive, with two LFOs, dual envelopes (one loopable), sample & hold, ring mod, and noise, all patch-free and accessible via front-panel routing. A built-in arpeggiator syncs to MIDI, internal, or analogue clock, and connectivity includes MIDI, CV/gate, and dedicated LP/HP outputs. Solid, intuitive, and full of character, this synth sounds straight out of the 70s, delivering GRP’s signature depth and flexibility without the footprint of their larger flagships.
