This work alludes to the story of Noah’s Flood and the subsequent placing of the rainbow in the sky as a symbol of peace.The dream-like opening very soon gives way to a turbulent episode marked by a driving theme that is shared with different sections of the orchestra.The second orchestra parts though optional, will certainly add to the sense of excitement and drama.A great work to bring players of different levels together.
