In celebration of the 65th anniversary of the original Astatic A77 created in 1957, CAD Audio has released a special Midnight Black edition of the timeless original. The new A77Bk features the famous styling of the original A77 (Patent #185,712) with modernized circuitry for enhanced performance. The A77Bk is a large diaphragm dynamic side address microphone equipped with a modern tribute to the original capsule – Updated with PowerGap high gauss magnet and a TrueFlex diaphragm. The update brings modern performance and results in a hot and articulate acoustic profile.
