The Echo MIA MIDI V2 24/96 Multitrack Recording System With Midi I/O. 24-bit/96kHz PCI Recording, MIDI in/out, 24-bit coaxial S/PDIF digital I/O, 2 balanced 1/4 inch jack analogue inputs and outputs. The Echo MIA MIDI V2 is the perfect PCI audio interface for any professional studio. If you’re serious about digital audio, you shouldn’t settle for anything less than a truly professional audio interface…. and now with Echo MIA MIDI V2 you don’t have to. The Echo MIA MIDI V2 offers a pair of balanced 1/4 inch analogue inputs and outputs and operates at the +4dBu levels used by pro-audio gear. It combines this with 24-bit/96kHz converters and 106 dB of dynamic range for the quality your recordings deserve. Also included is a S/PDIF digital audio interface for connecting to other digital audio equipment. A unique feature of Echo MIA MIDI V2 is the use of “virtual” outputs. The Echo MIA MIDI V2 appears to software as if it has eight separate outputs, which are digitally mixed down to the physical outputs using Mia’s “console” software and its on-board DSP. This makes the Echo MIA MIDI V2 compatible with all popular multi-track software. And, with Echo’s “multi-client” drivers, more than one application (such as an editor and software synth) can be playing back through Echo MIA MIDI V2 at the same time.Specifications:24-bit/96kHz PCI Recording, MIDI in/out, 24-bit coaxial S/PDIF digital I/O, 2 balanced 1/4 inch jack analogue inputs and outputs2 balanced 1/4 inch jack analogue Inputs with 106dB (A-weighted) dynamic range2 balanced 1/4 inch jack analogue Outputs with 106dB (A-weighted) dynamic rangeMIDI in/out24 bit coaxial S/PDIF digital I/OSupports full duplex 4 channel in, 4 channel out operationPCI bus mastering interface+4dBu or -10dBv analogue I/O on each analogue channelSoftware console for monitoring, metering, and setting levelsBuilt-in digital mixer provides near-zero latency monitoringDriver support for Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP and Macintosh OS 8/9/X (Jaguar, Panther & Tiger)Support for WDM, ASIO and GSIF8 “Virtual Outputs”Low-latency driversCompatible with all popular recording products
