The blade switch functions as follows: Position 1: Pickup through volume control to output jack Position 2: Pickup through internal amplifier to output jack, with volume control and gain control Position 3: Pickup through internal amplifier to speaker The mini-toggle switch adds the internal speaker in switch position 2, and also allows for the internal speaker to be used without a jack plugged in. The string trees are not original.
