This George Way Aristocrat Studio snare drum features a unique 4-ply, electronic-bonded maple/poplar shell with 2-ply reinforcement rings and 30° bearing edges. The thin, gloss finished shells produce a classically fat, warm tone with good sensitivity and a surprisingly deep fundamental pitch that will fit well in any musical situation. George Way hardware is top-notch and is finished with AAA chrome plating for unparalleled shine and durability. Rounding out this drum are the newly redesigned turret lugs, double-edged/double-flanged hoops, 7-point strainer, and Dunnett Res-o-Tone drum heads.
