Founded in Germany in 1986, Hape today is the largest producer of wooden toys in the world. Their plastic toys are ensured durable enough to last for generations in order to encourage toys to be passed down rather than tossed out. Hape takes their social responsibility seriously – building 3 schools in rural Guizhou, providing opportunities for playing and learning for over 3000 children and their families.
