The Kamaka HF-38 8-String Tenor Ukulele is a highly coveted model in Kamaka’s lineup. The strings are tuned from the 8th string to g-G-c-C-E-E-A-A, muchlike the double stringed scheme of a 12-string guitar. The double C and double G are tuned one octave apart, while the E and A strings are each in unison.The body is made of solidHawaiian koa. It hasa simple design with Schaller’sgeared tuners, making it easy to fine tune your strings. This ukulele is light and is well balanced between the head and body, making it comfortable and excellent for long sessions. It has a warm tone reminiscent of the traditional ukulele of old. Comes with a Kamaka original hard shell case.
